GENERAL POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS

  • We kindly request 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee.

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling of your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late and we cannot complete your treatment due to an appointment after yours, you will be charged a fee.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

  • Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a $100 no-show fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

  • If you miss three appointments due to late cancellation or without prior notice, you will be required to prepay for future bookings.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Payments are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. For subscription services or package purchases, payment is processed at the time of your first service.

  • If you are on a monthly subscription or payment plan, payments will be charged automatically to the card on file on your designated billing date.

TREATMENTS, PACKAGES & SERIES PURCHASES

  • When purchasing treatments or packages that include a series of 3 treatments, all treatments must be completed within 6 months from the purchase date. Treatments in a series are typically recommended to be scheduled 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results.

  • Failure to complete all 3 treatments within 6 months will result in forfeiture of the remaining treatments. No refunds will be issued for unused treatments in a series or package.

MONTHLY SPECIALS & FLASH SALES

  • Payment Policy: Payment for monthly specials and flash sales is due in full at the time of booking using the card on file.

  • Use Policy: Specials must be used within 6 months of prepayment. Failure to schedule or book within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the treatment or service.

  • Refunds & Transfers: All promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CHERRY PAYMENT PLAN:

  • Payment & Contract: Payment and contract signing for services booked using Cherry's payment plan are due at the time of booking.

REFUND POLICY

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered, packages, or subscription plans. We strive to provide excellent customer service and results, so please discuss any concerns with us before your treatment.

  • At A Touch of Youth, our mission is to help you achieve your desired results. We ensure you fully understand the treatments we recommend and administer. Our team will clearly explain the benefits and risks associated with each treatment. Rest assured, we only recommend treatments and products that align with your specific goals and are medically appropriate for you.

HOW DOES THE BOTOX SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Our Botox subscription plans allow you to pay less per unit and receive a free microneedling treatment during your birthday month. Subscriptions are billed monthly, and you can choose from 30, 40, or 50 units per month. Learn more about our subscription plans.
