A Touch of Youth Policies
We value each client that chooses A Touch of Youth, but we do reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value. If you’re 15 minutes or more late to an appointment and we’re unable to see you due to scheduling we reserve the right to charge a no show fee.
Cancellation + No Show Policy
Canceling an Appointment
Please contact the medspa via phone or email AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid cancellation fees*.
*Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to appointment; failure to cancel within the required time will result in forfeiting your $250 deposit.
No Shows and Late Cancellations (24 hours+)
Initially, clients who schedule an appointment and simply DO NOT show up or cancel within the allotted time frame of 24 hours will be required to leave a deposit of half (50%) of their scheduled session total in order to reschedule their next appointment.
The deposit of $250 is fully refunded to the client if the appointment is canceled within the 24 hour notice timeframe. If there have been recurring no shows or if the appointment is canceled AFTER 24 hours, clients will be charged 50% of the entire service cost on their debit/credit card in order to reschedule.
Client’s who prepaid for packages, series, or specials
Clients who have prepaid for packages, series, or specials who are No Shows or have Late cancellations for their scheduled appointments will automatically be deducted the cancellation fee from the package balance and must pay the balance in order to continue treatment.
If a new client fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment date within the 24 hour timeframe they will forfeit ALL limited-time pricing offers, monthly special promotions, discounts or coupons.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.
While we do our best to achieve the desired results according to the plan agreed on between A Touch of Youth staff and our clients, it is commonly understood that results of cosmetic treatments can vary and will be discussed during your consultation.
Because of the nature of our services, credits or refunds are not offered for services rendered, even if you’re unhappy with the final result.
If you purchase a signature service, custom package or a series of treatments that has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. If you, the client, wishes to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a package or series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments, less the full price of the portion of services rendered may be extended at the sole discretion of A Touch of Youth. These amounts may be used to purchase products or other services offered.
If you purchased a special or flash sale, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
At the A Touch of Youth we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition.
Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase with original sales receipt where a negative reaction has occurred and may be exchanged for product or service credit.
Pre paid monthly specials are not refundable.
At A Touch of Youth we strive to meet or exceed the expectation of our clients and to ensure the best quality of service and results we offer a complimentary follow up appointment for every service, but once the original service is complete our obligation is complete and this appointment should not be considered part of the service itself. This appointment is subject to normal cancellation and no-show policies. If missed, we may reserve the right to charge $100 for a reschedule. Additionally, if for any reason we aren’t able to schedule a follow up, we still consider all services rendered and by going through with your service you agree to this condition.
At A Touch of Youth our mission is to help you achieve your desired results and will ensure you understand the treatments we recommend and that you receive. We will explain the benefits as well as the risks associated with each treatment. Please rest assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you, your specific goals and that are medically appropriate for you.
