A Touch of Youth Policies
We value each client that chooses A Touch of Youth, but we do reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value. If you’re 15 minutes or more late to an appointment and we’re unable to see you due to scheduling we reserve the right to charge $50 as a no show fee.
Cancellation + No Show Policy
We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.
Since we realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made in advance, all our appointments are confirmed by email 48 hours in advance and text message 24 and 1 hour in advance.
No show and cancellation fees will apply when notice of less than 24 hours is given and we will charge the credit card on file, see below for details.
1} Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of $50.
2) “No show” will likewise be charged, but at a rate of 50% of the booked service price (minimum $250 for variable cost services such as Botox). Subscription clients will lose their quarterly appointment in no show circumstances.
3) Cancellation of an appointment made within 24 hours prior will require at least 4 hours’ notice. A failure to provide it will result in a fee of $50, and the no show policy is the same.
4) Multiple services including package deals or “signature services” not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved services’ cost, this includes prepayments. In a prepayment situation the remaining balance will be available for future services.
5) The cancellation policy of our complimentary follow up appointments is the same as regular appointments and no shows will be charged $100.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability and keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
In the event of a documented medical or family emergency cancelation and no-show charges may be waived at the sole discretion of A Touch of Youth.
On the rare occasion A Touch of Youth must cancel or reschedule we will make every effort to do so within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, however, cancelation on our part will not result in fees to the client nor will they be considered reason for refund (see refund policy).
While we do our best to achieve the desired results according to the plan agreed on between A Touch of Youth staff and our clients, it is commonly understood that results of cosmetic treatments can vary and will be discussed during your consultation.
Because of the nature of our services, credits or refunds are not offered for services rendered and even if you’re unhappy with the final result.
If you purchase a signature service, custom package or a series of treatments that has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. If you, the client, wishes to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a package or series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments, less the full price of the portion of services rendered may be extended at the sole discretion of A Touch of Youth. These amounts may be used to purchase products or other services offered.
At the A Touch of Youth we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition.
Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase with original sales receipt where a negative reaction has occurred and may be exchanged for product or service credit.
At A Touch of Youth we strive to meet or exceed the expectation of our clients and to ensure the best quality of service and results we offer a complimentary follow up appointment for every service, but once the original service is complete our obligation is complete and this appointment should not be considered part of the service itself. This appointment is subject to normal cancellation and no-show policies. If missed, we may reserve the right to charge $100 for a reschedule. Additionally, if for any reason we aren’t able to schedule a follow up, we still consider all services rendered and by going through with your service you agree to this condition.
At A Touch of Youth our mission is to help you achieve your desired results and will ensure you understand the treatments we recommend and that you receive. We will explain the benefits as well as the risks associated with each treatment. Please rest assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you, your specific goals and that are medically appropriate for you.
